Beautiful Mind visited Gabriel’s house located in Huam-dong, Yongsan-gu with volunteers on snowy Tuesday, 16th February. The volunteers who visited Gabriel’s house first through February Beautiful Action attended the orientation separately before starting. They started in earnest volunteering activity after listening carefully to the guidance such as instructions and attitude of mind for voluntary service by the director of Gabriel’s house.

The members of Gabriel’s house might remember Beautiful Mind which has been doing voluntary work so far, so they were very excited to welcome the volunteers when the volunteers got to the second floor which the members of Gabriel’s house are living on.

The volunteers approached each of the members, and took care of them having a talk.
The volunteers massaged the members of Gabriel’s house, who have poor circulation because of their posture which have been stiffened usually with a warm heart, and spent a good time walking together with the members, not getting enough of a workout, or playing with a ball.

After spending time with the members of Gabriel’s house, the volunteers did a thorough cleaning of the facility, Gabriel’s house carefully. They swept and mopped the handrail, the staircase which leads to a basement from the 4th floor, the floor of the members’ living area, and a mat clean.

After finishing the cleaning by inches even the spots which have not been cleaned usually due to short of hands, it was time for dinner of the members of Gabriel’s house. The volunteers took care of and helped the members who cannot have dinner by themselves in person. Becoming the members’ hands, the volunteers helped them have a nice meal by a spoon of rice at a time keeping eating pace.

After helping to put things in order after dinner we finished up Beautiful Action of February promising to meet again with the members of Gabriel’s house. Thank you to all of the volunteers to get participated in although they’re busy, and all interested parties of Gabriel’s house.
