The first Beautiful Action of this year took place at Gabrielle’s house, residential facilities for severely disabled people, located in Huam-dong, Yongsan-gu on 20th of January. 6 volunteers attended despite of the cold weather.
After sharing greetings, the volunteers and the members of Gabrielle's House shared snacks together. Some of the members of Gabrielle's house had difficulties with communicating but volunteers could share love by reading books and drawing pictures.
After that, volunteers cleaned up the house. It wasn't an easy job arranging the heavy books and toys, but by imagining how happy the members of Gabrielle's house will be when they see the clean house, we were able to clean up cheerfully.
Finally, we helped members of Gabrielle's house eat dinner. We felt encouraged seeing the members enjoying their dinner.
