BMC visited Bapfor, located in Dap-ship-li, Dongdaemun-gu as March’s Beautiful Action. Early in the morning, volunteers went through an orientation session, divided into small groups and entered the kitchen with rubber gloves, boots and aprons on. Although busily engaged in their work, volunteers happily prepared food for elders in the front garden and kitchen.
 
After everyone prayed together, volunteers served the meal to the elders. Director Jaehun Cho greeted the elders as the head of the volunteers. A quick presentation ceremony took place in which Bapfor received rice donated by BMC. After each person left after his meal, volunteers cleaned the table for the next to come. Of course, volunteers didn’t forget to say goodbye before the elders left. Volunteering itself warmed the volunteers’ hearts. Elders complimented the positive energy of the volunteers. We are thankful for such experience and wish all the elders in Bapfor stay happy and healthy.
